Terms & Conditions

The ground rules for using our website and engaging Arkstone Property Services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Arkstone Property Services website and any services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Arkstone Property Services provides commercial sweeping, HOA street sweeping, illegal dumping and bulk trash removal, and property cleanouts in Southern California. Services are performed under written service agreements, proposals, or work orders that may include additional terms specific to your property.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes and estimates provided through this website or by our team are based on the property details you share with us. Pricing may be adjusted after a site visit if actual property conditions differ from what was described. A quote is not a binding offer until confirmed in a signed service agreement or work order.

4. Scheduling & Property Access

You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the areas we service, including removing vehicles, obstructions, or locked gates where required. We are not liable for missed services caused by restricted access, and missed visits due to access issues may still be billable.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the stated period on the invoice. Overdue balances may accrue late fees as permitted by California law, and we may suspend services for accounts in default after reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation

Recurring service agreements may be cancelled per the notice period in your agreement. One-time or scheduled jobs may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit; cancellations inside that window may be billed in full.

7. Liability

Arkstone maintains appropriate insurance for its operations. We are responsible for damage directly caused by our crews' negligent performance of the agreed services. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage from improperly secured items, or issues outside the scope of the agreed work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

8. No Warranties Beyond Agreement

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Services are warranted only to the extent stated in your signed service agreement or work order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
